Remembering those who fought and gave up their lives for Canada 

 Despite rain and wind, a ceremony marking the anniversary of the battle of Vimy Ridge went ahead as planned on Thursday, April 9 at the Kincardine Cemetery. Members of the Kincardine Legion raised the Legion and Canadian flags, before returning them to half-mast in honour of lives lost during the battle of Vimy Ridge on  April 9, 1917. (Liz Small photo)
