He had played some games for the Stratford Warriors Junior B team during the regular season. Stratford is up on Ayr, three games to zero. Jordan Beisel also played some regular season games with Stratford.
Hanover and Mitchell are tied two games each heading in to game five on Thursday night in Hanover, in the Pollock division final. The scores were 2-0, 1-0, 2-1, and 2-0. The last time I saw goalies play that good in the playoffs, was when Jeremy Beatty and Jason Reid played for the Bulldogs. The winner will play the winner of the Stayner-Schomberg series. Stayner is up three games to zero.
The Blue Jays looked exciting on their opening weekend, scoring lots of runs and defeating Texas two out of three games. Their starting pitcher did not look sharp on opening weekend. Hopefully it is because of the short spring training. There were big crowds at all three games.
