Public encouraged to have their voice heard in survey regarding placement of Secord Monument

Kincardine Council is asking for residents of the Municipality to voice their thoughts in regards to the fate of the Dr. Solomon Secord monument. Now, due to the new layout and design of
that downtown area, the original location is no longer an option. (By Liz Small)
