Elizabeth “Betty” Joan Wood of Bruce Township passed away on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, at the age of 78.

Cherished wife of the late Robert “Bob” Wood, who predeceased her in October 2018.

Beloved mother of Mike Wood and Tammy (Brent) Lamont.

Forever remembered by her grandchildren Jonathon, Robert and Rebecca Lamont.

Missed by her sister Marie Coulter, sisters-in-law Helen and Cindy Wood and brother-in-law Cecil (Virginia) Wood.

Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Veronica Hega, sister Shirley DiDomenico and brothers-in-law William and James Wood.

Visitation was held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home on Friday, Feb. 15, 2019, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The service to celebrate Betty’s life followed at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ken Craig officiating.

Spring interment Kincardine Cemetery.
