SHELLEY EVANS
1967- 2021

Shelley Frances Evans passed away on June 28, 2021, unexpectedly at home, at the age of 53.
Amazing Mom to her loving daughter, Quinn Evans and partner Mitch Card.
Beloved daughter of Alayne Evans and the late Ernest Evans.
One-of-a-kind sister to Mary-K Hardy (John Hardy) and Angela Evans (Stephen Bent).
Always remembered by her many aunts, uncles and cousins, and by her two step-nephews.
Lifetime friend and cohort to Cynthia Reimann and Shelly 1.5 McConnell.
Shelley lived her life to the fullest. Her dry wit was legendary. Shelley loved working at Meridian Cruises and doing some island hopping for a few years. She then worked at Basics and Open Text. Throughout all these years, she touched the lives of her co-workers with her friendship and positivity.
Becoming a mom to Quinn was the highlight of her life. Shelley was involved in the breakfast program at the public school, was a great cheerleader at Quinn’s soccer events through all the years, loved all their road trips for concerts and vacations, and was always there for support.
To her family and friends, Shelley’s laugh, smile and sometimes a dirty look, will always be remembered.
Private cremation has taken place.
Shelley’s family will hold a celebration of her life in Kincardine.
Final resting place: Kincardine Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association of Canada or to Cancer Care Ontario-Grand River Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home.
