ED BURROWS

R.E. “Ed” Burrows passed away peacefully on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023 at Freeport Health Centre in Kitchener, at the age of 70 years.
Beloved husband and best friend of Marg (Day) Burrows for 51 years.
Loving father of Michelle and Derek Villemaire, and Rob and Corby Burrows. Grandpa of Alexandra and great-grandpa to Myles.
Son of Millie (Pinnell) Burrows and the late Bob (2007).
Brother and brother-in-law of Judy and Bill Lackner, Linda Schinkel, Bill Day, and Mary Ellen and Chip Sherrer. Ed will be missed by his nieces, nephews, friends and many business associates.
Ed succeeded his father Bob as owner at Burrows Signs. Ed was a member of the Elmira Legion – Branch 469 and enjoyed winning at cards.
At Ed’s wish, cremation has taken place.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023 from 1-4 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira.                                                                                                                            A celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
