LOIS POLLOCK

Lois Pollock passed away at Brucelea Haven on Dec. 29, 2018, at age 90.

Beloved wife of the late Clarence Pollock (1995).

Loving mother of Keith (Kerri) Pollock, Barry Pollock and Connie Hutchinson.

Predeceased by her daughter Jane (1967).

Cherished grandmother of Lisa (John Wong), Marie (Matt Gareau), Nicole Collins and Matt Pollock.

Also fondly remembered by her in-laws Wally and Elaine Pollock and Lucille Fischer.

Predeceased by her brothers and their wives: Grant and Beryl, and Glen and Kay Fraser, as well as by her sister Fern and husband Harold Pollock.

Lois was a co-owner of Pollock Electric (in Ripley) and worked there until she retired. She enjoyed playing bridge, both here and in Florida. She was a life member and past-president of the Ripley Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She also loved playing cards and crokinole with her grandchildren.

A celebration of Lois’s life was held at St. Andrew’s United Church in Ripley on Jan. 8, 2018. Marsha Roberts officiated and Jennifer McCallum was the organist.

Memorial donations to St. Andrew’s United Church in Ripley or to the Ripley Legion Ladies Auxiliary would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
