Lewis Keith Moffat of Lucknow and formerly Edmonton, Alberta, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2018, in his 50th year.

Loving brother of Leslie (Eric Rupke) Smith and Jim “James” (Karen) Smith.

Fondly remembered by his cousin Laura (Richard) Vanderveen and aunt Helen Moffat.

Predeceased by his parents Keith Moffat and Jean Wheeler.

A memorial service to celebrate Lewis’s life will take place at the Lucknow United Church Hall at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019, with a reception to follow.

Spring interment Orono Cemetery.
