Lydia Anne MacLeod (née Gillis) of Kincardine passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine, with family by her side, on Monday, Dec. 30, 2019, in her 76th year.
Cherished wife of the late Don MacLeod (2002).
Loving mother of Keith (Karin Silverstone) MacLeod of Guelph and Donna MacLeod of Ottawa.
Dear grandmother of Chloe, Cate, Rachel and Taya.
Missed by her siblings Mary (Paul) Currie, Sandy (Janice) Gillis, Patsy (Eric) Sutherland, Duncan (Lynn) Gillis, Pauline Aucoin, Josie (Blair) Locke, Susie (Paul) Hines, Jeannie (Jamie) Stevens and Marcie (Joey) Williams and by sister-in-law Laurie Gillis.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Alexander & Martha Gillis (née Currie), granddaughter Marie, brother Bobby Gillis and sister Jenny (Pat) Usher.
The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church in Kincardine at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020, with Father Thomas Manninezhath as celebrant.
