EVAN TUFFORD

On July 2, 2021, Evan Keith Tufford passed away peacefully at Hill Top Manor in Cambridge, Ontario, in his 69th year.
He was the fourth child born to Jack and Rita Tufford’s “Group of Seven” kids. He is the first one to depart from this world.
He leaves behind to mourn his passing his six siblings: Saundra Burns (Hadley), Jackie Bere (Bob Simpson), Paul Tufford (Debbie), Doug Tufford (Debbie), Jane Booker (Gord) and Leah Monsma (Ted); as well as several nieces and nephews.
Evan and his family moved to Kincardine in 1967, and it remained a location that was near and dear to his heart.
For the past several years, Evan has called Hilltop Manor in Cambridge his home; our family is grateful for the kindness, care and compassion that was extended to him by their staff, especially during the last few difficult Covid years and at the time of his passing.
A graveside service and interment will be held at the Kincardine Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2021, with the Rev. Judy Zarubick officiating. If you wish to attend Evan’s graveside service, please call the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home at 519-396-2701.

Evan is now forever reunited with his Mom, Dad and nephew John.
