Obituary – Elfriede Breitmaier

ELFRIEDE BREITMAIER
Feb. 27, 1924 – Oct. 6, 2019

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Elfriede Breitmaier (Klinger) on Oct. 6, 2019.
Loving mother to Janet Breitmaier and Rein (Char) Breitmaier, and loving Oma to two generations: Robyn (Luigi) Bruni and their children Keele, Tiziano and Idina; and Taryn
Breitmaier and son Dexter. She was a sister to Ed Klinger.
Predeceased by by her husband Gordon Breitmaier, and by her parents Samuel and Emma Klinger.
She was a beautiful person, both inside and out. Mom always put her family first and loved them dearly.
Elfriede had a number of accomplishments. She worked as a seamstress in a sewing factory before dedicating herself to being a homemaker and taking care of all of us. She was an accomplished gardener, baker, pastry chef and prided herself on cooking everything from scratch. Elfriede also enjoyed swimming, biking, walking and, of course, dancing. She loved living in Point Clark in the summer and spending winters in Florida.
A celebration of life will take place at the Turner Family Funeral Home (53 Main Street, Dundas, Ont.) at 2 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2019, with visitation prior, starting at 1 p.m.
You are invited to sign Elfriede’s online Book of Condolence at www.turnerfamilyfuneralhome.ca.
