Obituary – Brent “Peanut” Small

BRENT “Peanut” SMALL

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brent “Peanut” Small on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024.
Brent was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend who brought joy and laughter to everyone he met. His infectious laugh and vibrant personality made him the life of every party.
Brent was predeceased by his parents, Janis and Dave Small, and his cherished golden retriever Rocky. His passing coincides with the 12th anniversary of his parents’ passing, whom he dearly missed more than anything in the world.
He is survived by his brothers Geoff (Lindsay) and Chris (Krystin) Small, as well as several nieces and nephews. Brent was a proud member of LiUNA Local 1059, where he formed lasting bonds with his union brothers and sisters.
Recently, Brent was embarking on a new chapter in his life, seeking fresh opportunities in Alberta and later on the East Coast. His determination and hope for a brighter future were an inspiration to those who knew him.
Brent packed more into his 39 years than most could in a lifetime. The tales of his unbelievable antics and the situations he found himself in will be retold by his friends and family for years to come.

A celebration of Brent’s life will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024 at the King’s Pearl in Tiverton.

Brent will be deeply missed, but his spirit and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
