Delay in building new high school serious business for Kincardine councillor
Students returning for the first day of school at Kincardine District Senior School (KDSS) arrived to see a rather unusual and unexpected visitor, as Kincardine councillor Bill Stewart, dressed as a clown, spent about two hours carrying a sign which read, “Bluewater School Board, stop clowning around with our new high school.” (By Liz Small)
