There was much discussion around the council table last week about the placement of the Secord monument, which was situated in downtown Kincardine, but was temporarily displaced during the downtown reconstruction.

“Our council is facing the conversation regarding the placement of the Secord monument,” said Mayor
Kenneth Craig. “There has been some valued and unwanted conversation, distributed throughout our municipality.” (By Liz Small)
