If you happen to see this month’s copy of Strong Fitness magazine on store shelves, you’ll find a familiar
face. Co-owner of The SheShed in Kincardine and coach with Team STRONG Girls, Stacey Nixon is one of 12 women who grace this month’s cover. Nixon, who herself was in the program for about six years, is now a coach with the team where she started, something she’s done for the past four years. After many courses and certifications, Nixon says she helps women of all ages and body types reach their fitness and nutrition goals. (By Liz Small)
