Kincardine councillors and Municipality of Kincardine mayor Kenneth Craig were in attendance at
the Rural Ontario Municipal Association (ROMA) conference held in Toronto Jan. 21 to 23. It was the
biggest conference yet, with 1,800 delegates attending. Much discussion centred around healthcare,
infrastructure, transportation, education, energy and specifically in rural regions. (By Liz Small)
