Community Foundation Grey Bruce is inviting charities and non-profit organizations across Grey and Bruce Counties to submit grant applications before the fall deadline of Sept. 15, 2020.
Qualifying projects must benefit the community in one of the following categories: health and wellness, arts and culture, education and lifelong learning, living standards, the environment, and community connections. Each of these indicators of wellbeing is outlined in the Foundation’s Vital Signs® report. Vital Signs is a community check-up conducted by Community Foundations across Canada that measures the vitality of the community, identifies significant trends and supports action on issues that are critical to quality of life. Applicants will be asked to describe how their project relates to the report.
Organizations can access the online application form, assessment criteria and full Vital Signs report at www.communityfoundationgreybruce.com.
Applicants should confirm the eligibility of the project before beginning the application process by contacting the Grants Coordinator at the Foundation office at 519-371-7203.
Approved applicants will receive grants in October of this year.
