Emergency shelter situation in Bruce County ‘unsustainable’

Deputy Warden Luke Charbonneau (Saugeen Shores) noted that county council has discussed the numbers for nights of emergency shelter provided on behalf of the county from time to time, but said this is the first time staff has described it in a report as having “reached unsustainable levels.” (By Pauline Kerr)
