Dr. Secord monument to be destroyed

Decision made at last week’s council meeting

The long-awaited decision as to the fate of the Dr. Solomon Secord monument was made at the Kincardine Council meeting on Sept. 11. While the monument was erected to recognize his years of humanitarian service, Kincardine mayor Kenneth Craig said times have changed. (By Liz Small)
