The COVID assessment centre, located at the Kincardine hospital, will remain open for the foreseeable future.

According to Meghan Legge, manager communications, engagement and patient experience for South Bruce Grey Health Centre, the centre has been processing an average of 20 to 30 tests each day for the past couple of weeks.

She says there are no plans at this time to close the centre and the hours will remain the same; Monday to Saturday by appointment. The centre will be open the Monday of the Labour Day weekend.
