Winter welcomes Santa
The first major snowstorm of the season subsided just in time for Kincardine’s Santa Claus Parade. Despite the chilly temperatures, a great crowd gathered to watch the holiday event, with this year’s theme “Home for the Holidays”. More photos inside on page 10.
