Subscribers can pick up their newspapers at our Kincardine office, 840 Queen Street, or call 519-396-3111 to be sent a digital copy. Papers can also be purchased at local dealer stores; credit will be given to subscribers not receiving mailed papers during this time. Out of town papers will be mailed once the strike ends. Walking in a winter wonderland 
Old Man Winter hit the area hard last week, prompting schools and businesses to close. Road crews and snow removal businesses worked overtime to keep roads clear, cut back snowbanks and clear sidewalks. Highway 21 closed for the first time this season, from Amberley to Port Elgin. While many grumbled about all the snow, it left a perfect picture. (Becky Grebenjak photo)
