Kincardine Council met Dec. 18 for a special meeting to discuss the 2024 municipal budget. Mayor Kenneth Craig began by reminding councillors
of the significance of the budget, stating that each municipal department contributes to this process, to implement and manage change.

“If you want to know what someone is thinking, just watch how they spend their money,” he said.
