The letter sent to the minister of energy by Bruce County council, “strongly supports the Ontario government’s commitment to an integrated energy plan … emphasizing reliability, affordability, and clean energy.”
As stated in the report to county council presented in December 2023, the county’s response “focuses on the importance of the natural gas expansion program” in addition to an increase in the Leave to Construct, a focus on a clean energy future and a
