Tips on how to keep your cool during extreme heat events

The latest round of extreme heat that Kincardine and area experienced last week has prompted Grey Bruce Public Health (GBPH) to advise everyone to take extra steps on safeguarding their health, in order to prevent potential heat-related illnesses during times of extreme heat. Heat-related illness can include heat stroke, heat exhaustion or heat cramps. (By Liz Small)
