(By Pauline Kerr) Our provincial government is making a concerted effort to push through legislation aimed at cutting red tape and “getting things done, faster.” It sounds good. With all
the red tape, it is sometimes a wonder anything at all gets constructed – studies, consultations,
reports, public meetings … the list goes on, sometimes delaying development for years.
