DAVID LEANING

David Jack Leaning, of Kincardine, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre – Kincardine on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at the age of 62.
Beloved husband of Karen (née Cook) Leaning.
Dear father of Peter (Angelica), Heather (Rafael) and Janet (Ryan).
Sadly missed by hid grandchildren: Isabelle Molina; and Raymond, Hunter, Alice, Patrick, Michael and Leo Garvey.
Survived by his mother Joan Leaning and mother-in-law Margaret Cook.
Loving brother of Sandy (Jamie) Lill and Pete Leaning; sisters-in-law Janet Miller, Linda Millage and Marilyn Cook; and step-siblings Steve (Randa) Flick and Lisa (Tim) O’Donnell.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by his father Ted Leaning and father-in-law Ted Cook.
Following David’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home in Kincardine, with Rev. Gord Dunbar officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion – Branch 183 or Huron Shores Hospice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
