Boat runs ashore at Station Beach
On Monday, Sept. 18, KFES and Kincardine Emergency Management were called to Station Beach, after
reports of a beached sailing vessel on the shore. Staff attended the scene and made contact with the vessel
owner. The boat’s occupant made it safely to shore and was not injured in the grounding. Currently, there are
no hazards associated with the stranded vessel and arrangements for the removal of the vessel are underway.

 Food Bank donation

The Kincardine food bank continues to support a growing list of those in the community who are in need. Pictured with the largest order the food bank has ever placed is Noah McArthur (front) and Steve Otterman. The value of this food order was well over $10,000 and was made possible by the generosity of the local community. (Contributed photo)
