MARGUERITE CATTO

Marguerite Christene Catto (née MacPherson) died at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009, in her 71st year. 

Beloved wife of Mervin Catto.

Dear mother of Mike (Kim) Catto, of Tiverton; and John (Erin) Catto, of Brooklin, Ontario. Loving grandmother of Mark (Lorelle), Amanda and Alyssa McPherson; and April, Becky, Kelly, Sarah, Jackson and Griffin Catto. Great grandmother of Bria McPherson. 

Sadly missed by sisters Catherine (Harry) Ruetz, of North Bruce; and Jean (Norm) Campbell, of Port Elgin; as well as by brother Bruce (Grace) McPherson, of Inverhuron. Also survived by her son-in-law Scott McPherson, of Kincardine; and sister-in-law Grace McPherson, of R. R. 1, Tiverton. 

Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Elizabeth Pearl (née Vance) McPherson; daughter Brenda McPherson; sister Eva Begg; brothers Stuart, Eoin and Angus McPherson; granddaughter Melissa McPherson in infancy; as well as brothers-in-law Elgin Currie and Grant Begg. 

The funeral service was held at Knox Presbyterian Church in Tiverton on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009, with Rev. Jeanette Fleischer officiating.

Serving as pallbearers were Scott Ramage, Gerry Brooks, Mark McPherson, Norm Campbell, Basil Green and Harry Ruetz. 

Flower bearers were Amanda and Alyssa McPherson; and April, Becky, Kelly and Sarah Catto.   Interment Tiverton Cemetery.

STANLEY JAMES CLEMENTS

Stanley James "Stan" Clements died at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine on Sunday,Sept. 6, 2009 in his 69th year.

Beloved husband of Jackie (née Furlonger). Dear father of James (Lillian) Clements of Calgary, Alberta, Will (Suzanne) Clements of Vancouver, British Columbia and Elizabeth (Jason) Daniel of Brooklin, Ontario.

Sadly missed by his grandchildren Naomi, Curtis, Paula, Finn and Mourne Clements. Loving brother of Brenda (Alan) Hornsby, John (Judith) Hubbard and Peter (Judith) Hubbard, all of England.

Survived by his step father Geoff (Peggy) Hubbard of England.

Predeceased by his parents, Jim and Esther (née Peers) Clements.

Visitation will be held at Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Kincardine United Church on Friday, September 11, 2009 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Don Harry officiating.  Interment, Kincardine Cemetery.

MARIE MacKAY

Catherine "Marie" MacKay, of Kincardine, died at Pinecrest Manor in Lucknow on Monday, Aug. 31, 2009. 

Survived by many cousins and friends. 

Predeceased by her parents Mac and Mary (née Martin) MacKay. 

A graveside funeral service was held at 10 a.m. at the Ripley Cemetery on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009, with Rev. Ray Luinstra officiating.

DOREEN LILLIAN REED (nee Winterburn)

Doreen Lillian Reed (nee Winterburn) died at South Bruce Grey Health Centre,  Kincardine on Monday, September 7, 2009;  formerly of Paris, in her 84th year;  beloved wife of the late William (2007);  loved mother of William (Marie) Ashworth of Toronto, Wendy (Hugh) Jones of Kincardine and Judy (David) Feenstra of Point Clark;  cherished grandmother of Adam (Tanya) and Ben (Claudine) Jones, Nathan Haycock (Mitzi), Nikki Ashworth and Santana Feenstra;   predeceased by her sister Pat Winterburn.

Friends will be received at the Wm. KIPP FUNERAL HOME, 184 Grand River Street North, Paris on Wednesday September 9,  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 10, at 1:30 p.m.  Reverend George Elson officiating.

Cremation followed by interment in Paris Cemetery.

A Legion service under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 29, Paris on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. from the funeral home.

BILL WINDSOR

William Andrew "Bill" Windsor, of Kincardine, passed away peacefully at South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009, in his 62nd year, after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer. 

Beloved husband of 39 years to Ann (née Harris). 

Dear father of Lori Dawn (Marcus) Antaya, of Chrystal Beach; and Katie (Mike) Petteplace, of London. Loving grandfather of Jack, Will and Gracen Antaya; and Chloe and Ava Petteplace. 

Sadly missed by his brother Bob Windsor, of St. Thomas. Lovingly remembered by his aunts, a niece and nephew as well as his cousins. 

Also survived by his mother-in-law Shirley Harris (née Harrison), of St. Thomas; and his sister-in-law Kathy (Derek) Beard, of Mississauga. 

Predeceased by his parents David and Joy (née Cook) Windsor; his father-in-law Alfred Harris; and his grandparents Enid and Bill Cook. 

Co-founder and part owner of Kincardine Machine and Tool Ltd. (from 1981 – 1989) and an employee at Bruce Nuclear Power Development since 1976, Bill was a man of many talents including being an avid outdoorsman and photographer. 

The funeral service was held at the Kincardine United Church on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, with Rev. Don Harry officiating.  

Pallbearers were Mike Pare, Mike Hilliker, Graham Beard, Scott Nicholson, Jack Nancekivell and Mike Diebel. 

Interment Kincardine Cemetery.
